After experiencing the deep pain of losing close family members, I found myself in a season of grief that began to show up physically. That’s when I made the decision to start doing the work. I began therapy with an incredible therapist who’s still in my life today. Shortly after, I met the most aligned colonic therapist—her holistic approach matched my spirit, and her friendship became part of my healing.

That process of tending to my mind and body led me to become a conscious eater, and after my first colonic, I dove into a 7-day juice cleanse that shifted everything. I felt clear. Alive. Reconnected. That moment sparked the lifestyle I live now—and planted the seed for Zenblends.

In June 2023, I launched Zenblends from my home kitchen—not just to sell juice, but to create a space where healing, nourishment, and ritual could meet. A space where people feel held, loved, and inspired to reconnect with themselves.

As a longtime health enthusiast, vegan for 5+ years, Air Force veteran, and former interior designer, I bring intention into everything I do—from the flavor of each bottle to the playlist playing in the background.
